What exactly are you trying to do? Do you need just a workflow engine or do you also need an integrated GUI to go with it that end-users can use?

Better is not really a useful category for comparing such a wide and diverse range of programs. You need to define your matrix of performance metrics. Then you can compare the software wrt to your requirements. Btw, are you working on Tuberculosis just by chance?

"Vassialking": Named after user vassialk , opening a large number of vague questions of very similar type in short time: "which tool is best for [choose one of NGS, SNP] [in tubercolusis], tried [drop some names]", never responding to requests, a troll bot.
