I would like to know how I could select pathways of interest from more than one thousand pathways that I found in my functional analysis. My idea would be to present them graphically as a pathway analysis of a time-dependent change (D1 (Control); D2; D3; D4). Therefore, I have 4-time points, with 15 animals in each time point.
