calculate Ka Ks from SNP table
Dear all,
I have two subset with their inter-subset SNP comparison as below
.....
I would like to calculate the Ka (nonsynonymous substitution rate) and Ks (synonymous substitution rate) Would anyone know any packages or methods to deal with this issue?
