DNA sequences encoding conserved protein domains
Given a DNA locus, I want to know whether that DNA sequence encodes a conserved protein domain. Something like the NCBI's CDD would work, but those annotations are for protein sequences, and I am finding difficulty mapping this back to DNA. What can I use to source this data? This data is required for the entire human genome.
