Sequence simulation in cancer context
Dear all,
due to working with clinical data of special needs, I had to implement my own pipeline.
Now that I want to validate my methods, I want to create sequences both RNA and DNA and induce the desired effects. The kind of study I'm running is genetics.
Therefore, could you please enlighten me, e.g. suggestions, cautions, known tools, etc. PLEASE?
