This course is ideal for students, researchers, and professionals looking to learn the full GWAS pipeline — from study design to data analysis and interpretation. The hands-on sessions will focus on using R and PLINK, with expert guidance throughout.


Over five days, the course will combine introductory lectures and hands-on sessions, covering:

  • Key GWAS concepts and methodologies

  • Building and automating a GWAS bioinformatics pipeline

  • Interpreting and visualizing GWAS results
