This five-day course provides a structured introduction to the complete GWAS workflow, covering study design, data preparation, statistical analysis, and interpretation of results. The training is designed for students, researchers, and professionals with a background in biology or genetics. Practical sessions will be conducted using R and Linux command-line tools.
