Open too many Data

Hi I want to get mean r2 in different distances(10-20M,20-50M and >50M), but I can't open output Haploview and sort because my output in too many big and I can't open in excel.

Hi Windows softwares are not be able to open big files. To achieve this, you have to use Unix. Then with a simple command like "sort file" your problem would be solved.

thank you so much I must first sorting after categorize them according to specific distance and put in separate files because I want mean, var ,max,min and etc. Is it possible to do in R?
