clustalw warning: Bisectingkmeans(): Can't split cluster no. xx

I'm trying to run clustalw to align quite a many sequences. This is my command

clustalo -i Bacteria.fsa -o ./Bacteria.msf

but I am keep on getting this warning sign

Hi, has someone any idea how to "fix" it? Being a WARNING usually doesn't affect the results, but if there is any raccomandation is welcome! :)
