Finding sequence of Firebrowse GISTIC CVN regions

Hi everyone,

I am analyzing cancer CNV regions based on Firebrowse -> CopyNumber Analyses -> CopyNumber Gistic2.

My question is that whether there is a way to find sequence of amplified regions, reported in “Table 1. Amplifications Table”?

I searched Firebrowse, do genome assembly myself and searched for other publicly available databases but found nothing.

Any suggestion for finding “sequence of CNV regions in cancer” (counterpart of UCSC Genome Browser for cancer) would be appreciated.
