ASCAT for zebrafish samples
Hi! I want to explore the idea of running ASCAT on zebrafish tumor/normal samples. I know that it is hard wired for use with the human genome. How can I make it compatible to use with the zebrafish genome?
Additionally, I wish to infer whole genome duplication events in our tumor samples. Is ASCAT a good tool for that? How is ASCAT different from the Broad institute's ABSOLUTE program?
