How to integrate microarray data and proteomic data?

Dear all,

We have microarray data from a previous work. In the current project, we conducted the proteomic analysis. However, we want to integrate microarray and proteomic data. Please give me your suggestion methods and tools.

There are a lot of papers from 2006-2008, I think they are rather old.

I was looking for some relatively new papers: Look at them. Most ones describe some tools:
