Dear colleagues,

My co-worker conducted the class assignment analysis with public data sets (microarray data) and sent me a genetic signature (including 28 genes). I want to test the accuracy, sensitivity, specificity of that genetic signature again with our own data set. Unluckily, we graduated and left our work place. Could you please suggest me a way to conduct that kind of analysis?
