Is there a program that uses the differences between aminoacids or nucleotide sequences to see what it can entails on the protein?
I have 35 different aminoacids sequences (and nucleotide sequences too) for the mitochondrial gene COI and I want to find a program that compares this sequences in order to point out the possible differences in the resultant proteins. I want to see if there is a mutation that can cause a significant change in something related to the protein function or stability between the samples that are from different subespecies and countries. Can someone help me?
