Dear All,

I am working on an analysis of microarray data that downloaded from GEO. I have .CEL files. However, i could not find the library file on Affymetrix website and any other place since the species of those samples are rare.

Could anyone help me to find the library file or is there any way that i can make this file by myself? the species is: Streptococcus agalactiae. platform on GEO is: GPL6923. I am using both R and Expression Console to deal with this.
