Memory and Runtime Cufflinks

Hi Everyone,

I would like to run cufflinks on my generated .bam file from tophat2, but I don't know the amount of RAM to use, and the time that such program takes to finish. I have a .bam file of 4 giga.

Help/Advice ?

Since you work on a cluster start with 10G. If that fails increase the allocation. Cufflinks should not take as long to run as the alignments.
