can we visualize protein molecule on its actual basis . i.e. atomic level..

Hi,

Is it feasible to visualize protein molecule in its atomic level (C,O,N,H,S) in order to solve protein folding problem..

genome gene sequence

if we can represent protein sequences at the atomic level, such as carbon, in order to predict patterns, peptide sequence, hydrophobic interaction, resulting protein structures and protein functions which may help us to understand the origin of diseases caused by misfolded proteins such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease.
