Protein Structure drawing on graph paper

I have drawn protein structure(C, H, O, N) on graph paper by using x and y coordinates but now I stuck on the line joining. How can I join different atoms which I plot on the graph? How can I Identify the molecule?

protein(CHON)

I don't mean to dissuade you, but why do this at all? Also, this really has nothing to do with bioinformatics.

its structural bioinformatics

I need help

Most people who start the posts need help. Your post is not clear: why would you want to plot a 3D information on a 2D graph paper? What is it that you are trying to achieve? I don't see much value or clarity in doing that, but maybe you have a good reason.

i want to be more clear about protein structure

With all due respect, trying to sketch out a protein on graphing paper is not really going to help you become more acquainted with protein structures. Why not just play around with the structure on PyMOL?
