GenoMax2, the links which forwarded me;

Thank you for your reply, and how should I download all the human gut meta-genome data available in the world (i.e. from all the continents - Europe, america, Africa, etc.)
@sushant: You need to do some searching yourself on SRA/ENA. Look for papers about meta-genomes in people. Those will have links to accession numbers in them that you can then use to download the data.

This paper just became available for Indian gut microbiome.
I completed downloading most of the gut meta genomes from ASIA and Europe. I need some assistance in downloading Human gut met-genomes form Canada, Africa and Russia.
