What is limiting the read size of Pacbio SMRT sequencing

Sounds like a simple question, but after googling for quite a while I still did not find an answer: What is actually limiting the size of Pacbio reads?

If you have the answer, can you hint me to a source?

Someone from PacBio may offer an authoritative answer but here are a few logical points to consider:

• Preparing libraries with large inserts with proper SMRTbell adapters
• Proper loading (1 molecule per) of ZMW's with a large insert libraries
• Efficiency of Polymerase over the length of run
• Limits on movie length/data collection
