Mouse decoy assembly
Hi I typically use the 1000 genomes, decoy-containing version of GRCh38 when I'm aligning human reads. Is there an equivalent decoy-containing version of the GRCm38 / mm10 reference genome, and if there isn't, would it make sense to append the human decoys onto the mouse genome build to filter out viral sequence etc?

Only the human version exists.
