Heatmap with DNA Miseq libraries
Hy guys! Somebody knows about a software similar to SeqFindr to build heatmaps? I have a set of DNA Miseq libraries and I want to build a figure showing the mapping of those libraries to a reference genome.... but I want to show the mapping profile simultaneously like a heatmap to all the samples, is something like a genome epidemiology...
