Is PlinkSeq no longer being supported?

Hi Bioinformatics Community,

Do you know if PlinkSeq is still being supported? I noticed the Harvard website to the PlinkSeq pages recently went down and remains available here https://psychgen.u.hpc.mssm.edu/plinkseq/tutorial.shtml. Also, any questions left on the Google Support GRoup for Plinkseq is never monitored by any plinkseq developers and many questions are left unanswered.

I have some VCF files I would like to do some data manipulation with - are there any other tools that are useful, well-documented and can substitute for what plinkseq is supposed to do? I know of vcf-tools but it is very limited.
