tools to download multiple files from SRA

I am trying to get some TARGET sequencing/array data files stored in SRA, following this link.

However, there are 4000 links in 200 pages. Are there any tools / tricks I can use to get them all together?

The stupid way I know is to set 200 items/page, and manually click through 20+ pages and save all the htmls. Any smart ways? Thanks.
