Include NCBI taxonomy ID in SP tag of SAM format header
The SAM format has a header record type named SQ which has several tags, including one named SP. The document specifying the SAM format indicates only "Species" for SP. So can I write whatever I want? Can I, for instance, specify Arabidopsis thaliana (NCBITaxonomyID:3702)?
