Alternate of WEGO (Web Gene Ontology Annotation Plotting)
Dear All,
If there is any alternate of WEGO that will give Graphical Plotting of Gene Ontology like WEGO please let me know.
WEGO is good, but i have more that 100,000 genes in WEGO format file, which is limitation of WEGO and giving error like,
#0: File File1_WEGO.txt contains genes sum larger than 100,000!
#1: File File2_WEGO.txt contains genes sum larger than 100,000!

Finally I have did is by using WEGO it self by editing WEGO file. I have removed those genes IDs which are not assigned by GO Terms so now remaining IDs is under the limitation (100,000) of WEGO.
