You can get the GFF files for tomato here. Should be able to make BED files from those.
which GFF file contains the information I want? Can't find it!
I don't think you are going to find a BED file with euchromatic/heterochromatin designations per se. I was thinking that regions defined as genes by a GFF could stand in for "euchromatin".
