Significance Analysis of Micro-array (SAM)

I want to analyse my micro-array data using statistical tests. I found that Significance Analysis of Micro-array(SAM) plugin is used for analyzing the data with statistical test and it can be added to excel and can be used easily. But, for downloading it we need to fill in the registration form which I couldn't find. So please, help me in finding the registration page for Significance Analysis of Micro-array(SAM) plugin so that I can continue my work.

Here is the page for licensing SAM. But that may only be for commercial users.
I have a feeling that the excel plugin may no longer be supported and you need to use the R/shiny version here.
