Genetic algorithm code
I am programming a website in javascript about genetic algorithms for a project. It needs to have a sample gentic algorithm in it for use. I am looking for code for a genetic algorithm for finding optimal sequence alignments between 2 DNA sequences entered on the page.
Any help would be appreciated.
