Bismark: Minimum MAPQ threshold (MMT) and Minimum Phred threshold (MPT)
Hi All,
Just a simple question. Can we set Minimum MAPQ threshold to the mapping reads and Minimum Phred threshold of base in the bismark_methylation_extractor function in bismark?
I didn't find it in the lastest bismark v0.15.2. I just want to make sure they are not included in bismark_methylation_extractor or I didn't find it.
