How to Find the LinkerPrimerSequence?
I run the QIIME visualization application on illumina BaseSpace, but aborted several time already. My main problem is not have LinkerPrimersequence information. I generated the mapping file with out LinkerPrimersequence. I have sampleID, BarcodeSequence, paired end Fastq files only, how to find the LinkerPrimersequence?.
Please help me.
