Looking for pH-sensitive proteins
Hello all,
I am looking for pH-sensitive proteins as models to test a hypothesis for my computational design. Could you suggest some proteins, preferably with PDB structures?

Vaults are large ribonucleoprotein particles found in most eukaryote cells consisting of the Major Vault Protein, two minor vault proteins and vault associated RNA. Upon exposure to low ph, it was shown that vaults separate into two halfs, the structure is available and the possible mechanism of vault opening and structure was described here.

Are you looking for proteins that "sense/respond" to pH (example)? Most proteins would be "sensitive" to big changes in pH.
Yeah I agree with genomax2, most proteins are affected by changes in pH. Just like temperature (and water solubility) as well.
Yes, I am looking for proteins which respond to pH changes by large conformational movement, but not into denaturation zone. I wonder whether there are some model proteins in which these responses are verified by experimental data, such as NMR, FRET, etc?
