How to filter the specific SNPs from whole genome data (SAS datasets)?
I have a whole genome SNP data for few hundred patients stored in SAS datasets and I would like to know, How I can filter certain specific SNPs using the rs ids?
The genotyping was performed on Axiom Genomewide array. I have PIDs as observations and S1, S2.... in the columns!
