FFPE trephine DNA for NGS
Hi all, this might not be too relevant to bioinformatics, but I am wondering if any of the BioStars members has experience in doing NGS (more specifically WES) on DNA extracted from FFPE trephine samples? I understand that the quantity and quality of the DNA extracted might be very poor for WES but I see some has done NGS on FFPE tumour samples, just wondering if I can find someone to discuss this with. Thanks!!
