Convert from CyanoBase to Uniprot?

Does anyone know of a good tool to convert CyanoBase genes to Uniprot? (e.g. Npun_R6229 -> B2IW52).

Trying to do gene ontology from a cyano genome and all of my IDs are in the form Npun....
