Web Based tools to convert gene IDs to GO IDs for non-model organism

I have a series of gene IDs (Uniprot) that I need to convert to GO IDs for functional enrichment analysis and viewing. Is there a good web based tool which converts gene IDs to GO Class IDs? I want to plug in my GO terms into Revigo.
