Dear all,

Please help me in getting HLA Celline .bam data sequenced in Iontorrent PGM. I searched in SRA database. but I cant find any.

It might just be an idea... but maybe try collaboration with someone with HLA cell lines and/or a PGM?

Are you asking about HeLa cell line genome? If yes, then it is not openly available due to privacy issues. You will need to apply for access via dbGAP.
