2-3 Example Datasets (References) With Known Variants?

Hey All,

I am urgently in need of known cancer datasets (preferably small) that I can read into my pipeline and find known variants.

Could you please suggest 2-3 of these that are easily downloadable?

Hi Angel. Please have a look to the dataset that Comple Genomics released link text

"...There are also two cancer pairs including matched tumor and normal genomes derived from cell-line samples of patients with breast cancer"

Hi Pascal, thanks so much for the link. I am looking into it. It seems like their cancer samples are huge (probably because of coverage).
