Is Plink Dead ?

Well the question is clear, despite a very rich documentation, looks for me like plink is dead, none of their example is working (especially annotation) and the links to sullivan's lab is dead as well ?!

Anyone getting plink working ? Am I wrong ?

This is a duplicate question. see this question. You need to distinguish between PLINK the binary program (which works fine) and websites associated with annotation, which may or may not work.

PLINK works for me as of yesterday. Very much alive. What is going wrong?
