Available database of Homo sapiens sequencing

Hi. I would like to access available database that contains RAW next-sequencing data of human with some kind of diseases(not just cancer).

Of course, I will use it after academic register!

For example,

  • Whole genome sequencing
  • Exome sequncing
  • RNAseq

From raw data, I want to practice disease genomics analysis. (In particular, new functional transcript search)

Anyone knows an appropriate database?
