Mapping multiple uniprot ids to a single pdb id
Hi guys!
A PDB accession number may have multiple Uniprot accesion numbers corresponding to it (Each chain in a protein complex, corresponding to said PDB accession number, may have a different Uniprot accession number).
Is there any tool which helps me check if there is any protein structure(s) corresponding to an input of multiple Uniprot accession numbers?
Input: A set of Uniprot accession number corresponding to different chains of a protein
Output: A pdb accession number corresponding to the structure of that protein.
