Vector NTI in Window 10

Hi All,

Any workable version of Vector NTI for windows 10?

By the way, which one is the best choice to replace vector NIT, Genome Compiler or Benchling, or some other more powerful software?

Thanks

Hello Shicheng Guo!

We believe that this post does not fit the main topic of this site.

This is a commercial software package, please contact the vendor for support and quotes. Biostars cannot do the support or sales for commercial appliances.

For this reason we have closed your question. This allows us to keep the site focused on the topics that the community can help with.

If you disagree please tell us why in a reply below, we'll be happy to talk about it.

Maybe clc, a well maintained galaxy instance, geneios, mega, jalview, emboss, web-blast, IG[BV]? It depends on the users and application cases. A trained bioinformatician won't need any of those because almost all the reference algorithms in bioinformatics are open-source, for a bench biologist it might be hard to replace any of these GUI applications with something providing the same level of usability. Is this for you or somebody else?

Yes. I think you are quite right. Anything can be done by some script. Maybe we should not be lazy.

Well, if you have the money to spend, it can still make your life easier, and I wouldn't try to force people away from their preferred software. Whenever you have an enquiry you could also contact vendor support, that's part of what you payed for (beside CEO's porsche...)
