Hi there, I want to do admixture or structure analysis for CNVs by "structure software: Version 2.3" and plotting the data from a genotyped matrix . I do not have access to linux and have to do this analysis by windows 10, 64bit, the installation was ok . but the installed file can not open and work. I would be grateful if I can receive any solution for this problem, or introduce me some related R scripts?
