Deconvolution Of Hsqc Spectra Of Membrane Proteins?

In most situations, overlapped (15N, 1H) spectra is obtained for membrane proteins in detergents. Is there any computational technique to improve the resolution of the spectra i.e. deconvolution or something like that?
