I have RNAseq data and I wanna do gene networks analysis. Does anyone have any idea which tool I can use?

What do you exactly mean by gene network analysis? Did you process RNAseq for differential expression?

Yes I did gene differential expression. I wanna study Gene net work or node genes analysis. Do you have any idea about that.
