Tool: Determination of rolling ball radius in Image J for western quantification
How to determine the rolling ball radius for background subtraction in Image J? The default is set to 50 pixels. They say in documentation "it should be at least as large as the radius of the largest object in the image that is not part of the background"- How to determine the latter
