What are some programs that calculate aberrant cell percentages?

I'm working with CytoScan data and interested in estimating the % aberrant cells for each sample. I know that BioDiscovery / Nexus software has an algorithm to estimate this, but I'm interested in validating these estimates with other software. Do any other software provide aberrant cell % estimates for CytoScan data, or for .CEL files generally?
