Segregatin sites per nucleotide, Watterson Estimator, Nucleotide Diversity

Hello everyone!

I need to create an script that computes the number of segregating sites per nucleotide, the Watterson estimator (θ), and the nucleotide diversity (π) and I do not know how to do it. I can use either python or perl but while I do not know how can I do it, I cannot write any code...

This sounds like a school assignment, shouldn't you at least try to find a solution by yourself. Biostars will be more helpful if you make an effort.
