Hi everyone,

I calculated nucleotide diversity between two sets of sequences by Dnasp. The set of sequences with less no. of polymorphic sites and less no. of mutations showed higher nucleotide diversity pi value. Please help me to understand the results. Are the results correct or am I doing something wrong.
