Hi everyone, I am new in the field of bioinformatics, though after attending some bioinformatics course training, I find it so interesting. So, I am trying to do some sequence alignment but I need a professional advice. Is it advisable to include or use Fragment DNA/Protein sequences in alignment and further analysis for Publication? Depends on the type of sequencing, species, goal, etc.
